How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

I am a mid-size girly with a very long torso-it's not a crop which i love and it falls off the shoulder just enough. I had bigger shoulders and feel like it fits perfect. "I’m a sucker for the asymmetrical trend right now, but haven’t loved any of the tops I’ve tried. I ordered this one with low expectations (not because I didn’t trust Klassy to deliver, but because I’d written this style off as “not for me”) and I absolutely loved it on me. I’m so excited to wear this — it was such a soft and comfy material and the cut of the top was so flattering on me. I felt like I could move around without the top bunching awkwardly and it just felt so smooth and comfortable on my body. They killed this look, I just wish there were more colors! I’m typically a M/L in most things and do almost always size up to a L in Klassy tops because I don’t like things being too tight around my midsection. I got this in a L as well and it’s the perfect fit for me."

"This top fit better than I expected and I have been shopping with Klassy Network for quite some time now that this top just might be favorite purchase. For reference, I purchased a size XL, in white, and am a DDD. Due to the thick, yet relaxed, stretchy compressive band, I’d recommend sizing down and use 2XL padding. Let me start with the pros: really comfortable, simple yet elegant, and best of all don’t need to wear a bra nor worry about bra straps showing with the asymmetrical neckline. However, I gave this a four because you can see the imprint of the compressive band through the shirt. All in all, I can’t wait to wear it out!"
