To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

"I'm 5'4", 120lbs, 32DD. I ordered an XS with large cups and it fits really nicely. The style of this dress isn't really meant to be form fitting around the torso, the band is at it's tightest around the ribcage, not the waistline. If you have a large rib cage and care concerned about looking larger, you might not love the style, but that's preference. Quality, fabric, and design are all good."

Horrible quality, junior sizing

"I was extremely disappointed with this dress. The sizing makes no sense. I am an XL in almost every brand and this fit like it was a medium. It seemed almost like junior sizing, not women’s. I had to return it because sizing up would have been too big in the bust. An absolute joke."

"This is my absolute favorite of the Klassy dresses so far - I immediately bought it in a second color (the red is gorgeous) after I received my first one! The fabric and way it falls is so flattering, I love the way they made the off the shoulder into a dress version, the sleeves are a cute detail, and it is the perfect length to dress up or wear casually (I am 5'6", and overall it is true to size). "The color shown in this picture is more of a summer red. The actual color of the dress is a dark winter red. I usually wear small, but the top was way too tight I returned it. But I have ordered other tops from them, which I liked"
