FAQ’s

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

To get started, visit our Returns Center

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

If you're an international customer, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Need more info? Check out our Returns Policy or drop us a line. We’re here to help unhook any concerns.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

Still want more information? Check out our guide to built-in support here: Built in Support Guide. You can also filter your search to find the structure you vibe with the most.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

While we can’t give you an exact ship date, know we’re hustling to get your order out ASAP. You’ll get an email with all the shipping details as soon as it’s on its way. Thanks for your patience, we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Reviews

So great for swim tops, wireless bras, and athletic tops!

"I love swapping flimsy removable pads with these inserts in my wireless bras and athletic tanks and swim tops! The perfect replacement. Especially as someone with a bigger chest it’s nice to feel like I don’t need a wire to feel lifted since these have such a nice shape to them while still being flexible."

— Courtney C. (5/5)

So flattering and comfy

"So glad I found this brand -as a 36 G this is life changing."

— Michelle S. (5/5)

They are more crop then expected

"Love the idea but a bit short for an older person"

— Jennifer M. (3/5)

Padding

"Love the extra support provided by this design. Best padding I’ve tried! I would size up if you are larger chested. I’m a DD and need the XXL to fit."

— Madeline B. (5/5)

BEST every day no bra top

"Love the fit and. feel of this awesome top that is great from workout to go out;-) Sooo comfy and super cute"

— Kellie S. (5/5)

true to size!

"i followed klassy's size chart and didn't 100% expect the pads to fit (i just don't typically think of my cup size as large), but they actually did! comparing the two, the size small pads that came with the top i ordered were definitely too small. large gave the perfect amount of coverage and support. super cool!"

— Madeleine C. (5/5)

Misleading title

"Hello, I added my review on TikTok as well. I liked the padding but I was expecting 2 sets of padding which is why I purchased due to it saying a “set” then “2”. A set is already 2 so it was redundant to say 2 after that unless it was 2 sets being sent. So I questioned if I was meant to get two and was only sent 1 or if the title just wasn’t clear."

— Bria J. (2/5)

Absolutely LOVE

"These are the best shirts I’ve ever purchased! I’ve gotten a few now and they are just amazing! They are so comfortable and breathable!"

— Carsen G. (5/5)

Great option for additional padding!

"Need to order more for other tops I have as this padding looked great and love the larger options as a full rack girly!"

— Angela A. (5/5)

Love the option to order different pad sizes!

"I sized up in the top I ordered to an XL, but I’m on the smaller size in the chest area and knew the XL pads looked funny on me. I ordered separate L pads to replace the XL ones and they worked great! I feel much more comfortable with the L pads because they don’t gap as much and give the top a more natural look for me."

— Rachel Z. (5/5)
