How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

Not for big chested people

"I wanted to love this top but I just feel disappointed. I’m a 10-12 in US clothes and a 36DDD, according to the size chart I’d be a L, which is what I normally am, but the cups on this shirt are way to small and have no stretch whatsoever. I have two other tops from Klassy, both a large, and they both fit *fine*, I’m not going to return them but I’m not super happy with them either. The chest part on this top just cuts into my chest at the worst angle. From the front it looks ok ( I got it in black so that probably helps) but from the side it looks like the letter B - not cute. If I followed the size chart for my chest I’d have to get a 2XL for it to fit my chest, but then I’d be way to big on my waist. Another thing that irks me is that you can’t choose what size pads you want when you purchase the top, the L top came with a size L pads but my chest fits a 2XL, so I’d have to purchase the 2XL pads separately to get the right size. It should be that we can choose the size pads we wants when we purchase the shirt , not have to pay more for having a larger chest. ALSO, ladies, beware the pads that come with these are almost like push up pads. Maybe some ppl want that but seeing as these shirts can barely accommodate my chest as it is, that’s the last thing I need. I ended up taking out the pads in the shirts I kept and I find that there’s still enough support to wear them out. However, you will need your own pads, or have to purchase some, if you worry it’ll get to cold. Disappointed in this top, to say the least."
