How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

"This dress is absolutely adorable except for one thing. After the first wash the dress itself shrunk but the white underliner/slip didn’t. So now the liner shows out of the bottom of the dress by about half an inch. Not a huge deal but definitely should be fixed by making the dress an inch longer!"

Petite friendly- my new favorite dress 🥹

"I’m 5’0 90lbs 32B with an inverted triangle body and I also have a genetic condition called symmastia that causes me to have extra connective tissue between by breasts. It is SO hard to find comfortable bras, and it’s also difficult to find small enough dresses because of how petite I am. I bought this dress in XXS black, and I cried the first time I put it on. I FINALLY have a dress that is comfortable for my chest (and shapes the girls so well) without showing bra straps or nips, hugs the torso, snatches the waist, is the right length, and also flares out to give the illusion of wide hips and balance out my broad shoulders! It is the only dress I have that fits PERFECTLY. I am so happy!! On top of that, my best friend who wears an F cup also got one in her size, and it fits her too! This is the first time we have been able to match outfits because of our size differences. I absolutely love how inclusive this brand is.
