How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Never received my order Zero contact!

"I never received my order, I ordered it August 4. It is now August 21. They said they lost my order and I can’t get a hold of anyone or get an email back all I’ve asked them is just to resend the order. I’m going to have to take it up with my bank, which is a hassle. It’s unfortunate. Maybe this will help someone else’s🙄"

Never Received My Order

"Unfortunately, I can’t even review the actual Klassy Tee because I never received it. The tracking eventually said they were unable to deliver, but there is absolutely no reason my package shouldn’t have been deliverable to my address. The tracking also referenced some sort of handoff between carrier companies and needing a signature, which I’ve honestly never encountered for a basic clothing order like this. The whole shipping process was confusing, and ultimately I was left without the product I paid for. Really disappointing experience, especially when the issue seems to have been entirely related to the shipping/carrier process."
