How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

"I absolutely love the feel of these sets, I have the pink sugar, leopard, frosting blue and cherry spice. However they definitely run smaller than the other leggings. The allways large fits me perfectly but the allways lace large fits smaller. The pink sugar and blue frost are also like 2x thicker than the cherry spice and leopard. I’m assuming it’s because they’re a lighter color so it’s not see through however I wasn’t expecting it to be THAT much thicker. It makes it more compressive and I feel that’s why it feels like it runs smaller than the other ones! The allways lace leopard and cherry spice fit same as the other styles! Also isn’t as thick. I also tried swapping the pink sugar and blue frost for a size up, however on the returns page it says it’s out of stock. On the online store it says they are stocked. Have to wait for someone to get back to me to see if it can be swapped."

"Size chart says I am a small, the reviews say to size up. So I purchased a medium, it didn’t fit. I was able to exchange for a large and it still barely fits. I should have bought an XL! Again, their sizing chart shows I would be a small. These were made for children"

"I’m size small/medium in all other athletic brands, but I had to size up to a large for these. For reference, im a size 4/6 in pants. That said, the exchange was super easy and the quality of the shorts are great! They’re thick and durable"

"I don’t ever buy workout sets, but the design and colors for me. I got this with the matching red tube top set and omg I got so many compliments! The white line detail really makes a difference! The cheetah is my fave

"I’m happy to see Klassy launching into the activewear line up. I notoriously have the problem of being in-between sizing and the leggings sort of give me the same issue. However, the stretch is great so I felt good in both my sizes. I do love side pockets on workout bottoms so I’m hoping someday we will see some side pockets. I think the price point is a little on the high side but I know it starting to become a competitive market out there. I love the cotton gusset in the crotch because breathability is so important! Oh and the Cheetah pattern is adorable, I’m hoping Klassy uses that pattern on other styles too!!!"
