To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Pretty color, kinda adjustable fit, great style

"Love the wine color, the adjustable tie straps, and the fit. Sizing is somewhat inconsistent at Klassy (I’ve purchased 54+ items of various categories here) but I’m also generally in between S and M…I purchased an M for this, but I find that I can get away with a S if it doesn’t have sleeves. I don’t have particularly wide shoulders or big arms, yet the sleeves/shoulders always seem too tight when I get a Small with sleeves for the tops. This top has some flexibility with the straps you tie, and worked out well! Just wish Klassy had more fabric options that aren’t going to shed (as much) microplastics in the wash and/or is made of natural fibers…rayon only kind of counts."
