How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Bate and Switch

"Buyer be aware about RETURNS! The return policy link at bottom of page is broken (404 message), when you dig around you can find some of their policy but NOT what they tell you AFTER you purchase. ALL "Buy 3 get 1" are suddenly not returnable?! They claim to inform you of this upon checkout, which is simply untrue. I even went through the flow with a pretend order to see if I'd overlooked this info. NOPE, your able to get to "confirm purchase" with no such information! This is so shady and definitely fraudulent. If "klassy" won't allow me to return the items that aren't a good fit, I will report this for the fraud that it is. All return policy's should be very candid and able to be read through all avenues when looking at purchasing. Tricking customers into buying more for a possible good deal without stating that they're not returnable is unacceptable. P. S. , large insert cups will NOT fit in smaller garments (if you're large busted with a small rub cage) so don't fall for purchasing the cups thinking you can switch them into tank tops. Again, willing to sell the product but not clear about sizing."
