How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. "repeatedly emailed about being sent an xxs instead of a large when everything else in my order was a large and high emailed and messaged multiple times I’ve spent a few hundred dollars with this company. This is very disappointing."

Odd neckline and padding

"The V-neck cut on this top feels a bit awkward, and the sizing runs slightly small. I usually wear a small in most tops, but a medium would fit me more comfortably in this one. The included cups and padding are also odd — I’d recommend removing them and wearing a regular bra instead but that kind of defeats the purpose of buying a Klassy top. Overall I still recommend it because the material is nick and thick, perfect for the upcoming winter season. I’m holding out for a restock in the burgundy color, since I’d love to grab that one. For reference, I am 5'5, size 4, 127 lbs and bust 34c."
