How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

If you're an international customer, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

"Klassy has one of the absolute BEST customer service I have ever encountered, fast reply, and they are so understanding and gracious to their customers! I ordered a pair last year that fit me perfectly and I LOVE. But, I had a pair of glasses that I ordered about a month ago, and they ended up being too big for my face - they fall off when I look down and constantly had to be adjusted while working. I tried so hard convincing myself that they would be ok and to keep them, because I really don’t like just having to buy more product, if I can use what I already have. The glasses worked, but not in my day to day. However, I finally reached out to Klassy to see if there was anything I could do- knowing full well it’s been a month since I received the glasses and could have reached out the day I received them. With experience from other companies, I wouldve been surprised for even a 5% off coupon at this point since it’s been so long. Klassy is honestly the best company, they were so kind and understanding and sent me a different pair of glasses that was closer to the dimensions of the first pair that I’ve had for over a year that have fit perfectly. I am so grateful to be using a product from a company that I know will take care of me if I need anything! They were so quick to work with, and was able to solve my inquiry a million times better than I could have imagined. Thank you!!!! I would recommend Klassy to anyone, not only because of the quality of the product, but their absolutely incredible customer service!"

I really like these glasses!

"I really like these glasses! They've been helping me with online school and help me stay at my computer for most of the day. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars was because there is some kind of scratch in the protective film inside the lens - I only noticed it when I was cleaning them and the light hit it a certain way. I still really like the glasses though and the scratch isn't where I am looking through so I plan to keep using them for a long time :)"
