How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

"This is a nice bra tank with a comfortable fit. However, the naming is inconsistent. I thought the styles named “ribbed” would all be made with similar fabrics but that is not the case. This is a stiffer and rougher fabric than the ribbed long sleeve top. They should do more to differentiate. As such, I found that this tank ran small."

Love it, but with individualized bra pads!

"I love mine! I have at least 4. My only wish is that I could order the size top I want WITH the size pads I prefer. As it is - I have to order the pad inserts separately, which feels like a waste. I wear a size large but prefer the medium, more natural fit, pads. The pads that come with the size large feel to big and make my breasts look pointy and padded rather than natural."

Amazing color and fit

"Amazing! I love it. I took the cups out, and it’s still a perfect support and fit. I must saw my boobs are naturally nice and lifted, even at 43. So that’s why I took the cups out. But if you need more support than leave the cups in, but then I don’t know how the fit is. I feel very natural, and just so comfortable not wearing a bra under it. I orderd the brown color and it’s just an amazing warm brown. Will order more in other colors."
