What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

"I am normally a small or medium, but sized up due to the other reviews to a large. Definitely was the right move, as this was still very snug! Still worth the purchase as it is super cute & hard to find "true" cap sleeves now days. Make sure to size up though! The armholes and neck aren't very stretchy, but this is so the garment can keep it shape. The bust is very padded & supportive for medium size gals. Cropped just enough to be a perfect normal fit for a short girl with high waisted pants."

Cute, but room for improvement

"Once on, this top was very flattering. I'm glad I opted to size up in this one (I'm 5'3" 145 lbs - typically a small in most KN tops and I got bought a medium). It was definitely still very fitted and I think a small would have been far too tight for my liking. My only real complaint is the lack of stretch in the neck and arm holes, making it a challenge to get on and off. Overall, I like the top and would consider buying again in another color."

Small and no stretch

"I was so excited for this top, but ended up returning both colors I ordered in this style. If you're looking to wear it to work, either size way up or plan to buy extra high waisted pants. The ruching on the size caused the shirt to go so high that my belly button was out - definitely not work-appropriate. The arm holes also had no stretch. I have a ton of other Klassy network tops and have never had the length/arm stretch issues like I did with this style."
