How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

"My first purchase with Klassy Network was in 2020 and after that I was hooked until they changed the support band. I understand why it was needed on some shirts but for all of them it’s kinda annoying. If you prefer the band around the back, there are cheaper options out there. It’s uncomfortable just like a regular bra. I’d also like to point out the stitching has room for improvement. The neckline has extra fabric and needs to be adjusted constantly otherwise it shows the outline of the padding. I will continue to wear and only purchase sale items."

"The cup inserts are very stiff so there is a very distinct shape, but there is very little lift so it ends up looking a little weird. I think I’ll take it to get altered and tighten up the shoulder straps a little it should be ok."
