How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

"Wanted to love this dress so much. First one ordered was too large and couldn't adjust straps enough to make it tight enough. The second dress strap tore after I washed it to wear. Didn't even get to wear it before it tore and it was for an event that weekend so I had to sew the strap the morning of the event. They're made of mesh and tear right apart from where they are attached to the dress in the front. The straps also dont lay evenly and fold over themselves which drives me mad. The dress itself has a nice slip underneath and is a decent weight, material is slightly on the thicker side."

"I bought this dress for a beach side white party, and it was perfect! The top part of the dress fit so well, and it was a relief to not have to think about wearing a bra. I loved how delicate the overlay material and the ribbon-like straps were. The quality of the dress was even better than I expected, and I've already worn it three times, adding different accessories, and it's always looked amazing. I will say that the size chart for this is a bit strange; the 3XL, which I bought, is supposed to fit three different sizes, and it's the only size category that has such a large range. I'm a size 22 and it was an appropriately snug fit, but I'm not sure how it would fit on a size 24."

The fabric felt soft against

"The fabric felt soft against the skin and flowed effortlessly with every move. It was such a fabulous idea to have pockets for small lip gloss, keys, etc. I'm 5'2" and the length was perfect. I received a lot of compliments from people. Although it's double layered it was slightly see through. I wore white seamless undergarment and was able to see the color and outline of it. Prior to wearing it the first time, I placed it in a garment laundry bag and washed on delicate setting, then hung dry. Unfortunately, I found a small rip on the front of dress. It's noticeable when standing up close. A little bummed I didn't get to enjoy wearing this dress before the damage :("

"Not to be dramatic but this is the summer sun dress I've needed my whole life. It's airy, comfortable with a little support from the thin KN pads, a great length to dress up or down, and has POCKETS. The natural soft wrinkle of the fabric also makes this a breeze to take care of because you don't have to worry about ironing it after washing."
