FAQ’s

How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

To get started, visit our Returns Center

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

If you're an international customer, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Need more info? Check out our Returns Policy or drop us a line. We’re here to help unhook any concerns.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

Still want more information? Check out our guide to built-in support here: Built in Support Guide. You can also filter your search to find the structure you vibe with the most.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Heads up: shipping time isn’t included in processing. Once your order is ready to go, it’ll be shipped with the method you chose at checkout.

While we can’t give you an exact ship date, know we’re hustling to get your order out ASAP. You’ll get an email with all the shipping details as soon as it’s on its way. Thanks for your patience, we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Reviews

Disappointed

"I really wanted to like this but the fit was way off and it was not supportive at all. I made sure to carefully follow the sizing guide and even ordered a size up in cups. Neither cups fit well, and it kept sliding up. Returns are not easy because they require the "original packaging" which is just a plastic bag that I tossed before trying everything on."

Runs small

The "cups" aren't made for bigger chests

"I was influenced from TikTok to buy a shirt from Klassy. The 3x definitely would benefit from adjustmt. The cups sewed I to the top are not large for bigger cheated women which is a huge disappointment"

— ANGELICA N. (2/5)

Minus a star for length.

"They are not very long, they ride up and do not stay tucked in but I have not taken it off…buying more!!"

— Sarah M. (4/5)

Best fit!

"Have lots of these from several companies - yours holds up the best in washing!"

— Laura M. (5/5)

Perfect fit!

"Absolutely love this tank. Will be buying more."

— Stephanie N. (5/5)

Best undershirt ever

"These fit me so well and I've worn them a lot over the last few years. I have purchased probably a dozen of them in both black and white. I just purchased 3 more of the white. I will say, the pads are too small but I take those out and it still holds me in place and I use the sticky nipple covers. They pair so well with my jumpers and the best part is, I don't have to wear a bra!"

— Kristina (5/5)

GREAT TOP

"Great quality, and fit. Material is very soft and comfortable."

— Nancy P. (5/5)

So comfy

"Love the built in bra"
