How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

see through and short straps

"(i’ll start off with how much i love this brand💜, but this dress just wasn’t it) This dress has such a cute design, however the straps are not very long, and the dress is partially see through. I got a size large, which is my typical size and i am about a 38 D. the straps were just not long enough. I moved the clasp as far as it would go and the design just didn’t give enough room and was cutting into my shoulders. I did purchase the white dress which is always risky no matter what, but the chest area was great and not see through, but the rest of the dress had a thin fabric so it wasn’t all the same cohesive color/thickness. I also got it on sale so I believe at the time it was final sale. Really wish I could have exchanged this item for something I love instead. Will still continue to purchase because i LOVE this brand!!!"

Great overall just small issues with getting in it

"I really like the dress overall it’s cute and has pockets, the only thing I’d say is getting into it is a hassle since I have a bit wider shoulders and it doesn’t seem to be able to step into its a bit difficult and stretches very easily. And I really don’t like the fact it stretches with each wear, and that it’s so difficult to get over my shoulders. That being said once it’s on it’s super nice and comfortable. The shelf bra itself is super lux and soft, a tad bit small but I have unusually big chest for my proportions and I appreciate that even though it’s not exactly a perfect fit, it’s super hard to find close to perfect fit for my body type which is more of a inverted triangle on short legs"

"Ordered a medium for the first time based on their tiktok crews recommendation. I should have gone with a large, it’s a bit tighter than I thought it would be and also a bit shorter than anticipated. The length is solvable bit I’m not sure if the tightness is workable. It was during a non refundable or exchangeable event. However I love Klassy and everything I own. This will work out I’m sure."
