To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Nosedive on Quality

"I purchased items from klassy in 2023. The quality is not as great now as from previous years. Flimsy fabric, cups not as firm, stitching is poor as well. Even the fabric blends are differently labeled on the tags than as described on this site. Spandex is a better quality fabric but the shirt I received is elastane. I did buy this shirt on a sale so not sure if i will return or not. But i feel you are lying to customers about what is in your product. Not cool."
