How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

Odd fit

"So I took a gamble on this, there were no reviews, and it was during one of their sales. The item itself feels nice enough but the fit was very odd. I’m typically a size L or M in all of Klassy’s other tops. Usually I get a size L in their body suits and long sleeves as I have a long torso and wide shoulders. Typically the long sleeves fit very comfortably, never too tight but usually form fitting. Sometimes I wonder if I could go down to a size M, but I haven’t tried yet. In their halters and other sleeveless I’ve gotten size M that fit well and I’m a size 34D for reference. When I first tried this on with the padding it did not fit at all, complete nips out lol. After taking the padding off I could make it work but just barely. I have to tie the front completely tight before putting it on and then it sort of stays closed. The shoulders and arms are tight as well, which I’ve never experienced in any of the other long sleeve tops from here. After trying it a few different ways I think I can make it work, but even when tied the tightest it can go I’m at risk for a nip slip. I tried it on with the Cakes triangle covers and that seems to help hold the top in place a little better. Overall the top is not poor quality, but the fit was very strange on me. I’m thinking sizing up may have helped, but then I wonder if it would be too loose in the front. I’ve also never had to order an XL on any of their tops before. If you have a more slim frame/ more narrow shoulders I’m thinking this might work better for you. Might possibly work for a smaller chest as well. If I could I would rate 2 1/2 stars not quite poor but not quite average for me."
