How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

"I like a wearing an off the shoulder top but I don't like wearing a strapless bra, so this is perfect. The material is really soft and its comfortable to wear. If you get a good fold over for the off the shoulder, I didn't have any issues with the top unfolding over if that makes sense. This top is super cute for going out!"

Wish I was in love with this top

"For the price, I expected better. The pads are not sewn in place so you have to fuss with them a lot throughout your evening. When the pads are in the wrong place it’s unflattering. I can’t imagine wearing this all day long because of this. The modal fabric is soft & the color is beautiful."

I love the feel of

"I love the feel of the fabric and even the fit. However, raising your arms even slightly will cause the fold to unfold, and I can’t live constantly adjusting my top. If you’re planing to stand around like a mummy while you wear this, it’s a great choice. Otherwise, it’s a bit too cumbersome, in my opinion."

From small business to corporate monster

"Ive been contacting support and unlike their early, post COVID years when they were still this small, family-based business that was very attentive to customers, nobody here cares anymore. Have not received this purchase, was stolen by a porch pirate as their new shipping partner just dropped it in the porch (not even the mailbox RIGHT BESIDE THE DOOR) without a notification it was coming. They have become just the usual corporate monster preying on people, so disappointed."

This new fold over style is just as comfy as the OG "OTS" but the tencel fabric has a BEAUTIFUL sheen to it and the colors are absolute perfection. "Got this in the purple color and a size XL, it looks beautiful but like the headline says the shoulders DO NOT stay down. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’ve tried everything and they just refuse to cooperate. I honestly wish I just returned this when it didn’t work the first time because it was truly just a waste of money for me personally."
