How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

There’s a $5 restocking and processing fee for returns to the original payment method, but returns for store credit and exchanges within the U.S. are totally free.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

"I had high expectations for this tee. I felt the fit was off in how large the sleeves are and the neckline pulls weird. The built in bra is very thin, the removable pads were super firm and the pad pockets were low on the bra and did not look natural. The bra offers zero support due to how it’s cut and the thin material."

Bra pads way too low

"The T-shirt itself is cute, cute, good quality, and true to size; however, the pads are soo low and not good quality at all. It made me look so saggy, the pads needed to be up at least a few inches. I even tried taking the pads out since I am smaller chested but the built in bra is long it fit weird. I was so excited to get this but I have to return unfortunately."

Disappointed in quality

"Am a huge fan of the original cotton tee that is more of a mid length, and was so excited to get some full length styles to wear to work! But they are not the same quality fabric as the original. This shirt wrinkles, stains & grabs onto lint like CRAZY. It’s also much thicker in a bad way - doesn’t hang right on my body & I cannot get the collar to lay flat after washing even with an iron. Longtime Klassy fan here, I have about a dozen of their tops currently in my closet & have probably bought close to 40 since they started. They make some of my favorite tops I own & normally hold up for years so I was bummed these missed the mark!"

T shirts are mid

"I typically love all my bramis but the tshirts are mid. I wouldnt characterize them as medium support. Im a plus size girlie with a smaller chest for my size (C cups) and I think the support panels in the transgender shirts dont lend themselves to my body type as I do not fill out the chest panel enough. It feels loose and unsupportive and im having to pull the panel down frequently which I dont have to do with any of my other tops. It also feels like the cups are lower than they should be. They have become my WFH tshirts rather than ones id wear out in public. Love the brand in general and will continue purchasing non tshirt products as I love every tank I have purchased weather medium or high support."
