How do I return an item?

To be eligible for a return the product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. This means all tags must be attached and it must come with the standard padding. Failure to return items with the standard padding may result in your refund being denied, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Trust us, we check.

What are the different types of built-in support?

Support comes in all shapes and sizes, and we wanted to cater to all the girls. So, we have two options for internal support structures.

Built-in bra: These styles feature a supportive band around the ribs for extra hold. Think of it as a gentle hug for your chest.

Built-In padding: These styles have built-in pads without the added tightness, offering a lighter, more relaxed fit.

What are your processing and shipping times?

We’re on it! Processing your order—which includes pulling, reviewing, and prepping for shipment, typically takes about 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big moments like launches, seasonal sales, or holidays, it can take up to 5-7 business days because our packing team gets pretty popular.

Bra band too small

"I love these barless tops! But unfortunately I was very disappointed when I received my shirt. The bra band is way too small. When comparing the bra band with my other shirts you could tell it's at least two sizes smaller. It's a struggle to put the shirt on and the hole where you slide in the bra padding was left with just the raw edge exposed. Compared to my other shirts the edges are hemmed."

A little small

"I think most of my wardrobe consists of tops from Klassy. I wear an XS, but this top is so tight around my rib cage compared to the other ones I have. I would order at least a size larger than you normally would. Other than the tightness, this top is a great quality."

Too Shear

"I really hated the quality of this shirt. I got the yellow, and it is very shear and you can see where the inner lining ends. I wish it had the same quality as other Klassy shirts. I’m a die hard Klassy fan, but I’ve started to see a decline in the quality of the products."

Lemon Yellow

"Grabbed the ribbed crew neck tee in lemon yellow. The color is brighter than the trending buttery yellow but still pretty nice, even though I've never been a fan of yellow. Besides that, the material of this tee is very nice. The shirt is comfortable to wear; the bra shelf inside is smooth and stays put. The shirt is quite fitted so I'm glad I sized up because even with a size larger, it's pretty fitted on me. I definitely would suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit."

Runs VERY small

"Honestly this is the tiniest shirt i have ever tried on. I ordered my usual size, a large, and i couldn’t even get it over my head. It’s high support but that doesn’t mean i should be suffocating in it. I literally had to have my husband help pull this off of me after i finally got it on. I would recommend sizing up like 4 sizes this was so ridiculous"

Not Fully Lined

"Okay the only reason I am not giving this brami a higher score is the fact that the built in bra, is the only part of the brami that is doubled lined. So as a person of color it wasn't my favorite because then half the shirt looked more see through. Just not really my style. But other than that the color is great and so was the fit. I bought yellow, blue, and black but only kept the black since that one you couldn't tell. But in the future if they are double lined I will buy again, I loved the blue and the yellow colors!"
