Return / Exchange Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unless offer on website states final sale. This may be on orders that are 50% off or more -exclusions may apply (specialty or collab frames). All Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are final.
In order to return an item for a full refund, we ask you to please follow the two steps below:
1) Email us at email@example.com to let us know about your return or exchange and our team will inquire about your replacement or exchange.
2) Someone on our team will send you a return label so you can mail back your original order to the mailing address below:

Your new glasses will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your old pair.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days after receiving your return to process. Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays or other holidays that KN is closed during the year.
