How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All blue light glasses will be received within 2 - 5 business days if you are located in the U.S. International orders will be received within 7 - 20 business days. Delays out of our control may be experienced during holidays and due to extreme weather conditions. Other apparel items will take within 7 - 10 business days, unless on back order. 

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays or other holidays that KN is closed during the year. 

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! Shipping prices will be adjusted for International orders according to location. In addition, some countries charge duties/taxes/tariffs on items coming into the country. KN has no control over the amount of these fees and are unable to refund these costs. In addition, we are unable to mark packages as samples, or with any other designation to avoid these fees. If International orders are refused based on these additional charges and our package returned to us, your account will be credited MINUS the additional return shipping if we are charged.

What is blue light?

Blue light is a part of the visible light spectrum which can be harmful to our eyes and sleep cycle. Blue light has shorter wavelength than other lights in the spectrum causing light to scatter more and strain the eyes. There are two forms of blue light. Natural blue light comes from the sun and is another reason it is very dangerous to look directly at the sun. Artificial blue light is emitted from LED lighting and our favorite digital technologies such as our laptops, phones, tablets, etc. Too much exposure to blue light can sometimes cause eye pain, eye fatigue, insomnia, migraines, and more! Our blue light lenses decrease the side effects from extended screen time.

Once you place your order, our support team will reach out to you to collect your RX and your PD (Pupillary Distance). It may take up to 14 business days to process your RX order once your prescription has been received due to your custom lenses. ALL prescriptions must be current. We are unable to process expired prescriptions and will always adhere to doctor timelines indicated on the prescription.

Note: You are responsible for providing us with your prescription information and PD. We DO NOT reach out directly to your eye doctor. 

Can I wear these glasses with my contacts?

Yes, you can! Our regular blue light glasses have no prescription - just our blue light lenses.

What is your policy on refunds and/or exchanges?

Review the Return/Exchange Guidelines below to ensure you are eligible for a return. Once you determine you are eligible, please follow these steps: 

How to request a refund/exchange: 

In order to return an item for a refund, we ask you to please follow the two steps below:

  1. Email us at support@klassynetwork.comto let us know about your desire to return or exchange your item/s.
  2. If your purchase is eligible for a return/exchange, our support team will send you a return label so that you can mail back your original order to the following mailing address:

Exchange: Your new glasses will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days of receiving your returned pair. 

Refund: Your refund may take up to 7-10 business days* AFTER receiving your return to process.

Non-Prescription and Klassy Wear
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Klassy Network purchase of regular, non-prescription, Blue light glasses and/or Klassy Wear, you can easily return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase with the following guidelines:

✔️ In its original packaging
✔️ In its original condition 

*A $6.00 shipping and processing fee will be deducted from total return price.

Prescription blue light glasses
All prescription blue light glasses are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit ONLY.

International Returns
KN is not responsible for any duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers and no portion of these charges will be reimbursed. If packages are declined or returned for return/exchange, customers will be refunded the purchase price MINUS the international shipping cost if we are charged.

All items bought at promotional pricing of 50% OFF or more are NOT eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE. ALL SALES at this level are FINAL.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return once the product is received at our facility.
